Peach Tree was founded by Chad and Joy Meadows, a husband-and-wife team who believe that homes should be more than functional — they should be welcoming, thoughtful, and full of life.
What started as a shared passion for transforming homes has grown into a full-service company serving families, homeowners, and investors throughout the Ozarks and Branson area.
Today, Peach Tree brings together real estate, custom building, renovation, and design so that clients can navigate every stage of homeownership with trusted guidance.
For Chad, the joy of the work starts with transformation.
“I enjoy working with my hands, but what really gets me excited is the transformation process. I love taking something that no one sees value in and breathing new life into it — whether it’s an old door, scrap wood, a dilapidated house, or a person with a broken past.
I’m always looking at potential. There’s something about looking for beauty in broken places that I feel reflects God’s heart.”
